navita and(in) the art house

a few months back when i got introduced to sattva store(art house), there was a young girl named navita working there. the moment i saw her, i knew i had to make her portraits. a few weeks later when i suggested that to her she told me she was about to quit working at sattva in a few days and was leaving b'lore to stay with her grandma in kerala. so now i had very little time. last sunday i did some shooting with her at sattva/art house, and here are some pictures i would love to share.

what i cant help but notice is that the house in which art house runs, has such a character that the pictures can be called portraits of that house as easily as they can be called navita's portraits! its just this very rustic unpretentious  building, which is actually made of mud!!

perfect for a studio. :)
