ranthambore in march - tiger reserve and an old fort

few weeks back i visited ranthambore with a tour organized by Art House. the tour was fantastic, the highlight for me was that we could meet some artisans who work with project "Dastkar Ranthambore" and could see them working on various products. and i could do two things which i was randomly day dreaming about since last year. one, i could go to parts of villages which are still the way villages used to be, and two, i made a little cup(kind of) on potter's wheel, at his home - this was my first hands-on with a potter's wheel. :)

but pictures of these adventures will come later, in this post i am going to share some from the ranthambore national park, which, interestingly, also has one of the oldest forts in india within its limit.

"indian tree pie" - thats what the local guide told me its name is!

beautiful blue breasted kingfishers
